TheChesedFund.com is a global leader in online fundraising and kindness. We are looking to fill a customer support role from the following times:
4:30 PM to 12:00 AM EST, Sun – Thursday
The work is remote and can be done in the convenience of one’s home.
The following skills are necessary:
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Respond quickly to multiple support channels (i.e., live chat, phones, and support email) assisting fundraisers, donors, and Chesed Fund sales staff
-Maintain a positive presence via phones, chat, and written word.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
